Descripción de la oferta: The general Manager (GM) works self-contained together with leading European laboratories together with an international team of experts. She/he is responsible for the following tasks:

         * To represent DERlab e.V. in the public.
         * To administrate the associations´s daily business and to report to the Board of DERlab e.V.
         * To maintain contact with the key persons of each of the partner laboratories.
         * To develop the general strategy and service portfolio of the association.

* To identify and implement new services in the field of electrical testing, research, pre-standardisation as well as training and education.

Requisitos: Candidates must have a strong affinity distributed energy resources and laboratory testing. An energetic personality, strong communicational and social skills are a prerequisite. The candidate must have an entrepreneur spirit and have the vision and intrinsic drive to advance the development of DER technologies. Candidates must have a university degree in electrical engineering, physics or equivalent, be proficient in the English language.
